All appointments are cash only. If you wish to pay by credit card. Please use the PayPal system. Many "psychic's" may use credit card data to retrieve information about their clients to utilize in readings. By using PayPal, Ana has no access to such information, thereby proving that her readings are authentic and not researched. Also for this reason, Ana requests that clients use only their first names when reserving appointments.

This includes all phone readings and office appointments.

Cards can be purchased in half hour sessions. Even emergency readings can be purchased.

Phone readings, you must call the office at the start of your schedule appointment time.

No refunds for any cancelled appointments which have been pre paid by Paypal.

If you do not call or arrive at or on your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or credit.

Ana is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to missed or cancelled appointments this includes but is not limited to travel expenses in or out of state, or lost income due to a day off of work.

If Ana is not feeling well and has to cancel your appointment please understand that it is in your best interest to ensure you recieve the highest quality and most accurate reading.
